When will I receive the products I purchased?

The delivery times of the goods are 15-20 working days in Italy and 30-40 days in Europe starting from the crediting in the Fokus bank account if you decide to pay by bank transfer. For shipments outside Europe, write to us or send an email and we would be happy to inform you about the timing and submit our best offer within a few days. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours. All deliveries are considered to be made on the ground floor. Under no circumstances can Fokus be responsible for delays in delivery by the courier.
What payment methods do you accept on your site?

On our site the accepted payments are PayPal and Bank transfer.
I received a broken/defective product. What should I do?

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase by our system and are added to the total.
