2. Products and Availability
All products for sale on www.fokussrl.com are described in their respective product pages. Images are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual item. Availability is updated regularly, but in case of out-of-stock items, the customer will be promptly informed and may choose between a refund or replacement, provided the contract has not yet been concluded.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and do not include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made exclusively via bank transfer.
- The bank transfer must be made within 3 business days from the order date.
- The customer must send proof of the bank transfer to the email address info@fokussrl.com or via WhatsApp at +39 351 870 8933.
- The order will be processed and prepared only after the payment has been effectively credited to our bank account.
We reserve the right to cancel orders with obviously incorrect prices due to technical errors or system issues. In such cases, the customer will be promptly notified and, if payment has already been made, will receive a full refund.
The automatic confirmation of order receipt does not constitute a contractual acceptance by Fokus. The sales contract is deemed concluded only upon our explicit confirmation via email that the order has been shipped.
4. Shipping
Fokus arranges delivery in cooperation with qualified couriers such as Fercam, Italsarda, D.B Group, and Bianchi. The customer will be contacted by the courier to agree on the delivery date and time.
Delivery Times
- Italy: 15–20 business days
- Europe: 30–40 business days
- Non-EU countries: upon request
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours and are performed at ground level.

5. Goods Inspection and Complaints
Upon delivery, the customer must carefully verify the conformity of the received goods with the concluded contract.
- The number of packages matches the delivery note (D.D.T.).
- The packaging is intact and shows no signs of tampering.
If the goods are damaged, the customer must:
- Report the damage on the courier’s delivery note.
- Accept the package with “Goods Accepted with Reservation” and notify us immediately at info@fokussrl.com.
6. Returns and Refunds
Purchases made on www.fokussrl.com are subject to Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance contracts. The customer has the right to request a replacement or refund, in cases provided by law, within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal applies only to concluded contracts, i.e., after the shipment has been confirmed.
- The product is not functioning from the first use.
- The item received is incomplete compared to the description.
- An incorrect item was shipped.
To obtain a refund, the customer must:
- Contact us via email or phone.
- Return the item with receipt or invoice.
- Provide bank details for the refund.
7. Warranty and After-Sales Support
All products sold are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty. To benefit from the warranty, the customer must keep the receipt or invoice.
Fokus provides after-sales support for any damages resulting from normal use of the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fokus is not responsible for delivery delays due to the courier, force majeure, or unforeseeable events.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
Customer personal data are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used exclusively for managing orders and communications with the customer. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court is the Court of Rovigo.
