Shipping Method

​Fokus will deliver the products ordered online to the address specified in the order in collaboration with the available couriers such as Fercam and Italsarda in the Islands, D.B Group and Bianchi in Europe and in the world, who will contact the customer on the number telephone number indicated at the time of order, to agree on the day and time for delivery.

​

The delivery times of the goods are 15-20 working days in Italy and 30-40 days in Europe starting from the crediting in the Fokus bank account in case you decide to pay by bank transfer or in the case of payment by Recharge your Postepay.

​

For shipments outside Europe, write to us or send an email and we would be happy to inform you about the timing and submit our best offer within a few days.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.

​

All deliveries are considered to be made on the ground floor.

Under no circumstances can Fokus  be responsible for delays in delivery by the courier.

​

At the time of delivery the customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the D.D.T.

- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet.

Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier, possibly rejecting the goods or otherwise by affixing the words "Withdrawal with reserve" on the transport document, communicating it immediately to the address: info@fokussrl.com

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase by our system and are added to the total.

​Warranty and Withdrawal

​Purchases made on our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05.22.1999, dictated on the subject of distance contracts, in the event that the delivery of the goods takes place at the buyer's domicile, as said purchases are made outside the commercial premises.

 

We guarantee all the products purchased, so when the ordered goods are delivered, don't forget to check these simple things:
- Number of packages (packages) delivered corresponding to the transport document;
- That the packaging is intact upon collection;
- Any damage or missing packages must be immediately reported to the courier;

 

Procedure for replacing an item or its component
It will only happen if:
- The purchased product does not work after the first use;
- The item is received incomplete with some of its parts listed in the description on the site;
- Wrong shipping;

 

In each of the above listed cases, the return to the sender will be at our expense upon notification by contacting us by telephone or email.

 

However they will be necessary:
- Original receipt or invoice;
- Bank details where to receive the refund or in any case data to make the refund.

 

The reason for the return must not only be communicated at the time of the request itself, but also be reported or rather attached to the return together with the data of the customer making it. Upon receipt of the goods, we will notify you of receipt of the same and after which we will provide the refund (only and exclusively after receiving the return).

 

ALL ITEMS SOLD BY US ARE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, THE SPECIFICATIONS OF WHICH ARE INSIDE OR ON THE PACKAGING ITSELF. THEREFORE ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE BACKED BY THE OFFICIAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.

 

TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM, THE CUSTOMER MUST KEEP THE RECEIPT (OR THE INVOICE) RECEIVED WITH THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED.

 

HOWEVER WITH REGARD TO THE RECEIPT OF VISIBLY DAMAGED MATERIAL YOU MUST REPORT IT IN THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT TO THE COURIER AND REPORT IT TO US IN A TIMELY WAY WE WILL START THE PRACTICE OF REPLACING THE GOODS DUE TO DAMAGE.

 

FOR AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE we guarantee to follow the customer, committing to replace any element damaged DURING NORMAL USE of the product.
