The weekend with all the time available, being able to savor the dishes cooked with the taste of the traditional wood-fired oven and during midweek dinners, when the pace is inclement, being able to count on a gas-powered oven which within 10 minutes it is already at the temperature to be able to bake the most succulent pizzas.
